Open Platform 

The Premier Showcase For Aspiring Mediums! 

(The Richard A Bush Lyceum - Training

for Spiritualists)

The program is designed for intermediate to advanced students with at least two years circle development or training experience. You will have the opportunity to be coached by Phil in order to polish your skills and prepare for work on a professional platform which requires a confident level of presentation and connection with Spirit. Open platform may also serve as an optional pathway towards individual assessment and accreditation in mediumship with United Spiritualist Fellowship.

Format of Open Platform:

Welcome to WSC Open Platform - an informal afternoon for developing  (intermediate/advanced), and working mediums to polish their evidential mediumship, inspirational speaking, psychic art, and platform presentation skills in a safe and nurturing environment; also strengthen confidence and connection with spirit as we cover a variety of techniques including :-

•  physical (posture) and vocal relaxation 
• precision ‘on point’ evidence from spirit         communicator - linear narrative (i.e. key facts : communicator’s appearance/ characteristics/personality/
• history-background/memories, etc). 
• Defining clairvoyance/ clairaudience/
• clairsentience.
• Cutting to the chase with message content after establishing communicator.
• strengthening relationship with your spirit guides/team. 
• keeping to time on a message
• Maintaining energetic contact with recipient
• Economic/confident delivery 
• Increased confidence on platform 
• Presentation skills 

We will also be covering opening/closing prayer, and the inspirational address. You will be encouraged to push boundaries and take risks, so these sessions are not for mediums who prefer to stay in their comfort zone.  Gordon Higginson quote - “getting a ‘no’ is the best response you can ever have because it makes you work twice as hard in verifying and accurately delivering spirit communication.” As always, we appreciate a supportive audience to help and encourage the mediums. They need you as much as you need them to verify your loved one’s continuing spiritual presence in your life.
